Positive: Location in a lively community area, with excellent shops and cafes. Easy walk to the Metro. Apartment was tremendously well equipped and the terrace a wonderful bonus.
Negative: The light in front of the apartment door as you exit the lift, is triggered by motion. We could not trigger this at first and luckily had our phone torches to light up the door key. The sensor needs to be positioned lower.
